At CrossFit Signal Hill (CFSH), we understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to train in a one-on-one setting; or if you are part of our Group Classes and want to work on specific skills or reaching a specific goal, then personal training is a great option.

After meeting with you, you’ll be set up with the coach to best meet your needs. We’ll come up with a plan, determine your goals, and work together to reach them.

*We also offer a “Fit For You” option, which is a hybrid personal training and nutrition option.
